Lambrusco Salamino, Marzemino Emilia, and Lambrusco Maestri.
Origin
The grapes are grown in Rivalta (RE) using organic methods.
Processing
The harvest is done manually. The must, separated from the skins, is obtained through soft pressing. It is then fermented, without the addition of sulphites, at a controlled temperature of 18°C in steel tanks.
