The sparkling wines of Azienda Agricola Galeotti Luigi are all naturally refermented in the bottle, meaning that the fermentation times of the wine itself are respected, without any mechanical or chemical interventions to speed up the maturation process. They have very low levels of sulfites, and their main quality is genuineness. Thanks to their natural character, our wines present different characteristics each year; in fact, taste, aroma, and color vary depending on the climatic conditions of the vintage. The grapes processed are all grown on the property of Azienda Agricola Galeotti Luigi and cultivated using organic methods, meaning no chemical fertilizers are used in the vineyards, only organic and mineral ones. The harvest is completely manual, allowing for careful selection of the grape clusters destined for crushing. All stages of production, including bottling, are carried out directly on the farm, a small family-run business.``
