Origin
The grapes are grown in Rivalta (RE) using organic methods.

Processing
The grapes are carefully hand-harvested, an act that preserves the quality in each cluster. After a delicate pressing, the must rests on its skins for 4-5 days, undergoing fermentation that enhances its essence. Bottling occurs in harmony with the lunar phases, following the rhythm of nature.

Characteristics
Sparkling red wine from the Reggio Emilia tradition, naturally fermented in the bottle. Dark red color, intense and bold taste with hints of red fruit. Alcohol content: 11°.

Serving Temperature
10°-12°C.

First courses, aged cheeses, white or red meats, cold cuts.
